How to Use Healthy Mix (Santhumaavu)

For Infants (6 Months & Above)

  1. Take 2 teaspoons of Healthy Mix.
  2. Add 100 ml of clean water.
  3. Cook on a low flame for 5–7 minutes until smooth porridge.
  4. Feed lukewarm.
    (Avoid sugar, salt, and honey for babies under 1 year.)

For Diabetic Patients

  1. Take 2–3 tablespoons of Healthy Mix.
  2. Add 200 ml water (or thin buttermilk).
  3. Cook well on low flame until it thickens.
  4. Consume plain or with a pinch of salt/cumin powder.
    (Avoid sugar, jaggery, or honey.)

For General Use (All Age Groups)

  1. Take 3–4 tablespoons of Healthy Mix.
  2. Add 200–250 ml of water or milk.
  3. Cook into porridge consistency.
  4. For extra taste, add jaggery, palm sugar, ghee, or dry fruits (for 1 year+ kids and adults).
